Founder Betty is a “BeachBody Certified” instructor in the provision of INSANITY classes. With a passion for keeping fit throughout her life, Betty found great success and personal fulfilment with the at-home BeachBody workouts, keeping her own body in the best possible shape. Betty wants to share her love for fitness with others to help them achieve their own personal fitness goals.
Betty has always been inspired by the possibilities of what the human body can do and the personal fulfilment that comes with achieving your fitness goals. The great thing about INSANITY is that it can be done any time, anywhere, whatever the space, and all you need is your own body.

Virtual INSANITY Classes
We’re currently running all our classes on Zoom, so you can experience Insanity and get the results you want in the comfort of your own home. Choose from one-hour classes during the day or our 30-minute early morning class, designed to get your day off to a great start.
